Megan Fox has some advice for all the single ladies: focus on yourself and don't "waste your energy on boys."
While sitting down with E! News at Coachella over the weekend, the Jennifer's Body star was asked to give advice to single women hoping to have a hot girl summer. However, Fox admitted that she's not the "best person to ask" in that situation and instead suggests investing in some hobbies, per Page Six.
"Just learn a skill or develop a hobby and do not waste your energy on boys," she said. "All they're gonna do is drain you. Just move on. Invest in yourself."
While some commenters saw Fox's advice as a dig to her on-again-off-again partner mgk, the Mainstream Sellout musician himself popped into the comments to share his support, simply writing, "PREACH." His addition was also documented by the Instagram account Comments By Celebs.
The Transformers actress and Genre: Sadboy musician have been dating since 2020 and got engaged in 2022 but sparked breakup rumors in February 2023 after Fox deleted photos of the pair and shared cryptic songs lyrics about "dishonesty," per Page Six. Their relationship has been rocky ever since.
Fox admitted recently on the Call Her Daddy podcast that they had at one point called off their engagement, but she didn't definitively state whether or not they were still together. Us Weekly later reported that a source claimed the couple was also "living separately," but a source told Entertainment Tonight earlier this month that they were "still together" but "taking some space."
