Hosted by the Richland County Recreation Foundation, this annual event supports recreation scholarships that help children across Richland County participate in sports, afterschool programs, and summer camps. Proceeds from Jazz Fest remove financial barriers for families facing unexpected hardship, ensuring youth have access to safe and enriching activities that support growth and well-being.
