This is awesome! A guy in the U.K. was ready to lose some weight when the scale read 560lbs!! The trick? A clever idea from his trainer is what helped this guy lose 280lbs! His trainer printed up flyers and took them to every fast food join in the neighborhood and told them NOT to sever his client. So in a sense, he was "banned" from the fast food places. Because of that, the guy had to eat healthier and of course workout. Now, he's down 280lbs and counting! How cool is that?
