I'm curious what you think about this. The Rhode Island DMV wants to start charging people a $15 fee just for walking in the door. Not literally, but they do want to charge people that could've done certain things online or through the mail that $15 fee. Makes sense, not to mention, it will bring in about $1 million in revenue each year. Plus, it will probably shorten the lines. What do you think? Yay or nay?
