The best way to begin your journey of health is to strengthen your immune system. So as a health coach, I focus on the digestive system!
After coaching thousands of clients through the 90-day cellular health program at The Health dare, I have learned through experience that if you help them heal the gut, they can reduce symptoms of Type II Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, and Obesity. Many of these high-risk symptoms are related to the digestive system, because the gut is the biggest part of your immune system!
Everyone has bacteria in their gut
While bacteria can be bad and make you sick, there is also such thing as good bacteria. This is what lives in your gut and pulls all the nutrients out of your food! Sometimes when we get busy, we turn to quick options like fast food, and then days goes by, and we forget to eat a vegetable at all! When this happens, we start to lose good bacteria in our gut because we aren’t feeding it.
So how do we get that good bacteria back? A probiotic! Many have heard that they can get probiotics through pickles, yogurt, and cheese. While these can have probiotic benefits, there are very specific guidelines that must be followed when processing these foods. Many of them are not followed because it requires non-pasteurization of the food, which then makes it unable to safely sell. Since most of us don’t have a dairy farm or a large garden, what should we do?
A solution to this problem is to just take a probiotic in pill form.
