Jennifer Garner was spotted grabbing lunch following fan concern that she's on the brink of burnout amid wildfire relief efforts and supporting her family.
According to Daily Mail, the 13 Going on 30 actress enjoyed lunch with a friend on Wednesday (February 19), following hearsay that she needs to "relax" and "lesson her obligations." An inside source told the outlet that her friends have encouraged her to slow down amid work, relief efforts, and "personal obligations."
"Jen has been dedicating every waking hour to helping her friends who have lost everything in the fires. She is helping her church, and she has been going non-stop. She needs to take some time to relax but that is not how Jen is — not when she is passionate about something. The fires took a big toll on her and she lost a friend. She has been out there every day volunteering her time."
The source continued, shining a spotlight on Jen's involvement in ex-husband Ben Affleck's recent divorce from Jennifer Lopez.
"The fires came on the heels of Ben’s split from JLo which wore her out, [as she was] playing mediator. Not having that whole mess to deal with has been a weight lifted. On top of this, she is also raising children and is an incredibly hands-on parent."
Garner and Affleck were married for 13 years before parting ways in 2018 and remain in each other's lives as supporters and co-parents. The source said that if Garner were burnt out, there is nothing Affleck wouldn't do to make sure she was OK.
"She has saved him many times and there is nothing in the world he would not do for her. He is not super concerned for her right now. But if that changes he would drop everything to make sure she is OK."
In addition to motherhood, assisting others, and volunteering with her church, the beloved actress is busy filming the second season of her AppleTV+ thriller The Last Thing He Told Me, which premiered in 2023.
